blue_icy_roseSo the trip was fun and you already know I had a great time and the flights back were okay, though a bit bumpy.
But they lost my luggage. UGH!
I've been waiting for the past few hours and hoping my phone would ring and they'd be telling me that they'd found out where they'd sent it. But no. Not just yet. So at the moment, all the clothes I had taken, make-up, brush, shoes, ALL souvenirs (convention and otherwise) - except for my photos/autographs - are missing until further notice.
Stupid ass airlines.
So, keep your fingers crossed for me that they call tonight or tomorrow and say they found them, please? Otherwise that's a few hundred dollars worth of stuff (I bought souvenirs for basically EVERYONE) that is gone, including my roommate's camera because it was too big to fit in my laptop bag. Oh, and my purse was in there (not my wallet thankfully, but I was stupid enough to leave my keys in my purse, grrrr....) so yeah. Pray for the luggage to be found ASAP.
And now, I have a paper to write on...civil war stuff. Or whatever. MY MIND IS STILL ON EYECON AND THE LUGGAGE MISHAP!
*sigh* At least I figured out a topic. It only took me, like, two hours. Yay me! (Probably doesn't help that instead of my paper, I've been typing up my con report in Word and saving it. Oops?)
Also? Soooooooooooo tired. I just want to sleep and say screw the paper. Sadly, that can't happen. Wish me luck!
