Logan claimed that he had lost any innocence he’d once had years ago.
Sam knew better. While Logan had been through more than anyone should ever have to, he still hadn’t seen everything. He knew he should tell him but somehow, Sam just couldn’t bring himself to do it even knowing that Logan would be pissed to find out some other way.
“Am I talking to myself over here?”
“No, I’m listening.”
Logan smirked. “Really?” His tone said that he didn’t believe Sam for a minute.
“Yeah. You were talking about…” Sam paused and thought about it. “…about how Veronica’s a bitch?”
Logan laughed, leaning back against the chair. “No, but that would have been a good guess.” He stared at Sam expectantly.
He managed to stay quiet for a few more moments and then he sighed. “I give up. I wasn’t listening.”
“I know.” Logan smirked and leaned forward. “Now answer the question. Do you want to come with me?”
“Where are you going?”
“Mexico.”
Sam blinked. “Mexico?”
Logan grinned. “Yeah. Mexico.”
“You do remember that we have classes, right?” Sam raised an eyebrow.
“Ah but classes were meant to be skipped.” Logan eyed Sam’s mouth. “Didn’t you know that?”
“And here I thought they were meant for learning.” He shifted and decided that the look on Logan’s face was very distracting.
“No, that’s only for people who need to learn, Sam. And we don’t need to learn.” He smirked. “At least, nothing that could be taught in class.”
Sam leaned closer. “Really?”
A hand slid up his thigh as Logan nodded. “Yeah, really. Now shut up and pay attention to your first lesson.”
Any response Sam was going to make was lost as Logan’s hand gripped him through his jeans.
